Privacy policy

Humanoidworks ("we", "us") is a trade name of Eigenwijs Online, a business established in the Netherlands that supplies humanoid robots and AI agents to companies across the EU. This policy explains what personal data we collect through humanoidworks.eu, why, and what your rights are.

We have not appointed a data protection officer; this is not required for a business of this size and for processing of this kind. You can reach us with any privacy question at the email address above.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, company, work email, optional phone number, and your message.
• Guide downloads: your name, company, and work email when you download one of our guides.
• Robot-readiness scan: your name, company, work email, optional phone number, and your scan result (your total score and the sub-scores per section).
• With every submission: the time of submission, the country the connection came from, and — if you arrived through an ad or campaign — the name of that campaign. We do not store your IP address itself.

To measure website use we rely on cookieless methods only: Cloudflare Web Analytics — a privacy-friendly service that collects only aggregated, anonymous statistics (such as page views) and does not identify or track individual visitors — and our own, equally cookieless count of on-site events, such as how often the scan is started and completed, or which sector card is clicked. Those events contain no personal data and cannot be traced back to you. We use no advertising trackers and set no cookies.

Why we collect it

• To respond to your enquiry and schedule an intro call if you request one.
• To follow up with you about the guide you downloaded and related robotics topics relevant to your company.

We will not sell your data or send you unrelated marketing.

Who processes your data

Humanoidworks decides what data is processed and for what purpose. Your submission is stored in a database we operate ourselves. To run it, we use the following processors:

• Cloudflare — serves and protects our website and hosts the database in which your submission is stored. In doing so, Cloudflare may process technical connection data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy and data processing addendum.
• Resend — delivers the notification email that brings your submission into our own mailbox. See Resend's privacy policy and data processing agreement.
• mijndomein (the Netherlands) — hosts our domain and the mailboxes that receive that notification and in which we correspond with you.

A data processing agreement is in place with each of these parties. Cloudflare and Resend may also process data outside the European Economic Area; where they do, this takes place under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses as set out in their data processing agreement. We do not otherwise share your data with anyone for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep your data no longer than necessary. Specifically:

• Enquiries that go nowhere — a contact request, guide download or scan that does not lead to a project: 12 months after your last contact with us. After that they are removed from our database entirely.
• Ongoing projects — we are in conversation, you have received a proposal, or a pilot is running: for as long as that project lasts.
• Customers — for the duration of the agreement. Our administration (invoices, contracts) is then kept for seven years, as required by Dutch tax law.
• Cookieless usage data — contains no personal data: 14 months.

The clean-up runs automatically, once a month. You can always ask for earlier deletion — see below.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict our processing of it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@humanoidworks.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
