Humanoidworks ("we", "us") is based in the Netherlands and provides humanoid robots and AI agents to companies across the EU. This policy explains what personal data we collect through humanoidworks.eu, why, and what your rights are.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, company, work email, optional phone number, and your message.
• Guide downloads: your name, company, and work email when you download one of our guides.

We do not use analytics tools or advertising trackers on this website, and we do not set cookies.

Why we collect it

• To respond to your enquiry and schedule an intro call if you request one.
• To follow up with you about the guide you downloaded and related robotics topics relevant to your company.

We will not sell your data or send you unrelated marketing.

How it is processed

Form submissions are stored securely in a database operated by us on Cloudflare's infrastructure, and a notification copy is delivered to our inbox by Formspree, which processes the data on our behalf. Our website is served by Cloudflare, which may process technical connection data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site.

How long we keep it

We keep your details only as long as needed to handle your enquiry or follow-up, and no longer than necessary for the purposes above.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict our processing of it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@humanoidworks.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
